WATCH: John Cena Benches 375 Pounds 4 Months After Shoulder Surgery
WWE superstar John Cena is back in the gym four months after undergoing shoulder surgery. The amount of weight he is already putting up will blow your mind.

To prove he is one of the baddest dudes in the wrestling world, Cena posted a video of himself benching an impressive amount of weight—375 pounds to be exact. That’s less than the 500 pounds he usually puts up, but since he’s still rehabbing, it’s just as impressive.
