James Marshall
James Marshall is an experienced strength and conditioning coach based in the UK. He has worked with many international athletes, including seven who have attended the Olympics/ Paralympics, including one gold medallist. He has worked for England Rugby and England Golf as a strength and conditioning coach with their under-18 players. Five years ago, he set up the Excelsior Athletic Development Club to help young sports people develop their athleticism. He now coaches gymnastics, athletics and weight lifting with people aged 6-40.
